Arthropod Systematics & Phylogeny  Sees Scopus CiteScore Rise to 3.5, Impact Factor to 2

The Scopus CiteScore for 2025 for Arthropod Systematics & Phylogeny has been published and shows an improved score of 3.5, up from 2.9 in 2024. The journal has also moved up from Q3 to Q2 in the Genetics category in Scopus. 

Also, the journal's Impact Factor for 2025 has likewise increased to 2.0, up from the reported 1.8 in 2024, with the journal ranked Q2 in Entomology in the Web of Science.

The Scopus CiteScore, usually announced in June, is a dynamic academic metric estimated for each journal indexed in Scopus, reflecting citation rates over the past four full calendar years. The 2025 CiteScore reflects data from 2022 to 2025. Scopus also maintains the CiteScoreTracker, which offers a monthly update incorporating citation data from the ongoing year.
